There are many reasons you may want to
pause or stop a campaign, so we’ve made it
quick and easy to make these changes on
the fly.
Please Note: Our premium Hulu and Roku buys are non-cancelable and non-changeable after purchase. You may still edit your Standard CTV campaign, but there will be no option to edit Hulu and Roku ad campaigns.
Pausing a
campaign temporarily suspends
ad delivery, while stopping a
campaign lets the system know you
are done running these ads for good. If
you may need to restart a campaign, we
recommend just hitting pause. But if you
want to use the credits in one campaign to
spend in a different campaign, the stop
button is your friend.
Campaigns can be paused,
stopped, or resumed from a mobile device
by logging into the platform on your
device's web browser and selecting the
desired campaign, or on a desktop browser using the following steps:
To pause, stop, or restart a
campaign, first navigate to 'My campaigns'
in the left-hand menu bar:
Next to any running campaigns, you will notice two buttons—a yellow "pause" button and a red "stop" button. Click the yellow icon to 'pause'
or red icon to 'stop'.
If a campaign has
been paused, a green "resume" button will appear in the place of the yellow "pause" button.
If the campaign has been stopped, it
cannot be resumed.
Any remaining ad spend on a stopped
campaign will be returned to your
wallet's account balance after billing
reconciliation is completed.
