ALL PAYMENTS MADE IN THE TURN IT BLUE ADS PLATFORM OR FOR ANY TURN IT BLUE PRODUCT ARE FINAL.  

Like all other Turn It Blue products, advertising spend purchased in the Turn It Blue Ads platform is considered non-refundable immediately upon purchase.

Turn It Blue Ads is a self-service platform and it is the user's responsibility to ensure their campaigns are monitored / optimized to spend in-full. Any unused ad spend will be returned to your account's wallet, and will remain valid for as long as your account remains active. Any prepaid ad spend that remains in your account's wallet may also be transferred to another Turn It Blue Ads account, so long as both parties and Turn It Blue agree to that transfer in writing.

Please contact billingsupport@turnitbluedigital.com to request transfers of pre-paid Wallet funds.
