Once your campaign is live, you can edit many components of the campaign without interrupting the campaign's delivery.

Once you have logged into Turn It Blue Ads, navigate to the Campaigns list by clicking "Campaigns" in the lefthand navigation menu.

Next, locate the running campaign that you'd like to edit. You can begin the editing process by clicking the kebab menu to the right of the campaign, then choosing "Edit Campaign" from the dropdown menu.

Please note: if a campaign is in draft mode, you can also edit it using this same process, however you will be able to access the entire campaign set up to edit it as you initially created it. The following pertains to editing Running campaigns.

Once you click "Edit Campaign," you will have the option to edit several aspects of your campaign.

  • Edit Budget or End Date: update the overall budget for your campaign, change the length of the campaign, or update your agency margin (agency partners only).
  • Edit Ad Sets: add additional creative sets, change the dates of your creative sets, or change the goal optimizations of your sets.
  • Edit Geo-Targeting:  change the geographical area where your ads are being delivered.
  • Edit Audience Targeting: revise the details of your audience to expand or reduce your audience.
  • Edit Creatives: upload additional, new creative files or remove existing creative files.
Each of these components should be edited separately to ensure best results. Please click each description above for more information on how to edit that specific component.

Please note—there are a few things you won't be able to change once a campaign is live:

  1. Political Advertising cannot be updated once a campaign is live. If a campaign is not designated as political and should be, or vice versa, you will need to create a new campaign. Furthermore, if there are errors in your political ad disclosures, you will need to create a new campaign.

  2. Campaign Type cannot be edited. If you need to switch between CTV and Streaming Services and Programmatic Video and Display, you will need to create a new campaign.

  3. Audience Targeting will not allow you to change the type of audience your campaign is using. If you launched a campaign with one type of audience, such as an uploaded list, you cannot switch to a different audience type, such as a one-click curated audience. You can only change the details of the audience type you have chosen. If you need to change the type of audience you are using, you should clone your campaign and launch a new campaign or build a new campaign from scratch.
