Setting up your domain-linked email (DLE) can be a little tricky, but we're here to help. If you purchased a Turn It Blue Launch Kit,, your domain-linked email was included in your campaign launch package, so please reach out to your Digital Advisor if you're unsure what your DLE is or how to access it.
If you didn't purchase a Launch Kit or web services through Turn It Blue Digital, that's okay! You can set up your own DLE by manipulating your website's DNS settings to forward your emails through to your regular email or by integrating with a platform like Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) or Office 365 to use email that looks and feels like a regular Gmail or Outlook account. Unfortunately, because every hosting platform works a little bit differently, it's difficult to provide specific steps to set up a DLE, however your hosting platform's help documents may be helpful.
