If you are the person who has initially created your Turn It Blue Ads account, you will automatically be in the system as an account's Admin and the Accounting Admin.  You will be the user who will receive payment information, receipts, invoices, balance notifications, and other accounting-related information.

Users with 'Admin' level permissions have the ability to manage the all aspects of your ads account by adding and removing account users or setting and changing user permissions, as well as overseeing campaigns, audiences, creatives, and analytics across the entire team.

You may assign additional 'Admin' user types at your discretion. Please be aware that any Admin can remove any other user—including other Admins—at any time. Please be sure you only assign Admin user permissions to those who truly need that role. For more information about the various user permission levels, click here.

NOTE: Although there can be many 'Admin' users, there can only be one 'Accounting Admin' per account. This 'Accounting Admin' will be the only user to receive receipts, invoices, and other accounting-related information from the Turn It Blue Ads platform. Please choose which Admin should be designated the 'Accounting Admin' -- you may reassign this at any time from the Team Management page.

Adding and removing users:

One of the first things you may want to do is add additional users to your Turn It Blue Ads account. You can add unlimited members of your team to help you launch and manage your campaigns, reports and creative design processes. Click here to access a step-by-step guide to adding additional users to your account. Once users are added, you should understand how to manage those users, including the difference between deactivating a user and deleting a user.

Managing your account's wallet:

Admin users can also manage your team's wallet and payment options. Your "wallet" is the hub for any saved payment methods for the account (credit cards and bank accounts), as well as any pre-paid funds (your account balance) that you've made available for use by your Campaign Manager users. This pre-paid funds feature allows you—as an account's Admin—to set a limitation on funds that can be spent without approval, which helps your team stay on track and on budget. For more detailed information about your Wallet and how it works, click here. We recommend adding at least one payment method to get started.
