Admin users can access all areas of the Turn It Blue platform to add and create custom audiences and ad sets, manage payment methods and user access, launch campaigns, and view analytics.
Campaign Manager users can add and create custom audiences and ad sets, manage payment methods, launch campaigns, and view analytics.
Note - when creating a Campaign Manager account, there will be an option to either allow or disallow the user to manage the wallet. If allowed, the campaign manager will be able to add additional payment methods and also have the ability to use any funding methods associated with the account (i.e. bank accounts, credit cards, etc).If disallowed, the Campaign Manager will only be able to utilize the available balance in the account wallet. If funds are exhausted, Campaign Managers can request funds from the Admin.
Analytics Manager users can view and export analytics but cannot create or launch campaigns or manage user access and payment methods.
NEW! Accounting Admin Designation - new in 2024, every account will have one user designated as the "Accounting Admin" who will receive receipts, invoices, payment notices, etc. regarding the account. This designation is assigned to the original account creator/administrator by default, but can be changed to any other user on your account.
To assign a member of your team as the 'Accounting Admin', click the three small dots next to the member you choose. A popup will appear and you can then select ' Set Accounting Admin'.
To change permission levels of your team members, click the three dots by their name, then 'Edit'.
A pop-up window will appear where you can edit the level. Please Note: A team member must be an Admin prior to being set as the Accounting Admin.
