On the login page, click the 'Forgot Password' button directly beneath the password field.
You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the account, then press 'next'. Remember, your email address is case sensitive, so you must enter your email address exactly how you entered it when you registered for your account.
Once this is complete, a six-digit authorization token will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Enter the code into the prompt that appears in the center of your screen in the platform and enter the new desired password.
