Once you've purchased a template in the Creative Shop, it will show up under "My Templates" in your dashboard. Each file will need to be personalized—so if you have purchased a full set of creative files, you will need to edit each file size individually.

You will be using Canva to edit your templates. If you don't already have a free account, now is the time to go ahead and get one. When you're ready to start editing, select one file template. You will be redirected to Canva to make any changes to your creative. Once your template is open, you can use Canva's toolset to change photos, colors, logos, and text to meet your needs.  Make sure to trade out the placeholder logo, image files, and 'Paid for by' disclaimer with your own!

If you are unfamiliar with how to use the tools, Canva's Design School offers fantastic tutorials to help people with little or no graphic design experience get the hang of using their system, and it even teaches you some basic elements of graphic design for future projects.

When you are done, save the file to your computer from Canva (we recommend using the "Compress File" option to make sure your file size isn't too large—remember, banner ads must be a maximum of 1MB or smaller) and upload it as a new creative under "My Creatives."
