So you've pressed the launch button and...now what? Your content gets processed through a mandatory, industry-wide compliance check by an independent third party to ensure a) that your ads contain the correct political disclaimer and click-through links, and b) that no regulated material (alcohol, tobacco, etc) appears in your ad content. This independent audit often only takes an hour or two, and rarely more than 24 hours before going live, however please note that weekends and holidays can affect these timelines. Unfortunately, this audit process is both mandatory and out of our control.
After your audit is complete, it's easy to check the status of all of your campaigns at a glance. First, from the dashboard navigate to and click on the 'My Campaigns' tab highlighted on the left sidebar in the picture below. This will populate a list view of campaigns in all statuses associated with your account. You'll notice that the last labeled column is 'Status'. The current status will always be reflected here and will be either Running, Paused, Stopped, Draft or Completed.
Within 24-48 hours from when your ads started serving, the platform will start to process data into your Campaign Snapshot report, as well as your Analytics tab on the left sidebar.
If more than 48 hours have passed since you first launched your campaign, and your dashboard does not show your ads are running, please submit a support ticket from the help center inside your ads account, or email us at success@turnitbluedigital.com.
